Around 95% of manufacturers - factories, mines and farms - worldwide do not export their products to other countries. Yet, many of them would like to, but they're well aware that exporting is not their core business function.
CWT's agents identify potential suppliers "in their area" (it must be within 300 km / 180 miles from where the agent lives) whose products we can export to our buyers in other countries.
Climate World Trade already operates in 40 countries and are busy expanding to more. This presents a brilliant opportunity for manufacturers to get their products in other countries and establish a presence there. We take care of market research to find the right markets, the export/import process, marketing and advertising, and distribution in those countries. Of course, our network of agents and our brokers is a big help to us in this regard.
New agents at Climate World Trade only need to identify manufacturers in their areas (use the phone book to start!), contact them via email, then send us a proposal about the manufacturer and its products. Documentation that the agent receives as part of his/her training makes this as easy as pie.
Our agent in any given town/city/area acts as 'our man on the ground' there. This offers peace of mind to our bulk buyers in other countries, when knowing that we have one or more representatives close nearby their supplier.
This relatively unique part of our business model aims to boost the local economies of areas/towns/cities that our agents reside in. Manufacturers include factories, farms, mines, and even individuals creating a new product or material.
You may be very used to the cereal you eat every morning, or the bread smear on your sandwiches, but chances are 95% that it isn't available in the rest of the world. As agent for us, let us know and get a cut on every single unit being exported by Climate World Trade.
What it comes down to is that you do some research and then identify manufacturers, whose products/goods are suitable to be marketed by our network of agents worldwide and to be exported by CWT's brokers to several countries, and then submit more information about these manufacturers and its products/goods to CWT. When you submit a manufacturer that qualifies
Its products are marketed and advertised by some or all of our agents in their respective countries
These products in most instances do not appear on our website, but are on some of our 26 price lists that are send out every month to our agents depending on which country they're in (each agent receives 2 - 4 price lists, minimizing the risk of one agent 'competing' with another agent in the same area)
Our brokers takes care of the IMEX-process and also deals with potential bulk-buyers
Should its products appear on our website our affiliates drives traffic to our website, and increase the product's exposure and allows for online sales (and our affiliates then get a cut, of course.)
Although you will only receive a small commission percentage per unit sold, thousands of product sales by other agents and affiliates the world over will translate into substantial remuneration for you as agent, and of course for the manufacturer itself too.
Because this is an almost passive income opportunity for an agent CWT does expect a little bit extra effort from such agents, by also marketing and collecting orders for other products that was introduced by other agents. This can be as simple as in placing an advert on a free online classified site (it will take you just 10 minutes per week) or to use some of our other marketing methods to promote products from other agents too. Of course, you also earn money on those product sales. (Interesting-sake: Our commission-percentages are the highest in the industry.)
