When becoming a customer/client of us, we want you to be so happy that you will buy from us again, and the only way to ensure that is to make sure you enjoy your first purchase - no matter the monetary value - without having any trouble.
We offer a couple of guarantees:
For any specialized IMEX-orders: As agreed upon with every contract and depending on the products/materials.
To all orders from individuals and bulk orders from shops/resellers/warehouses, for any product advertised by CWT or any of its agents:
A Our Money-Back-Satisfaction-Guarantee - If the product you purchased doesn't live up to your expectations, just send it back to us within 14 days after receiving it with its original packaging, and we will refund you in full minus the postage costs.
B Our 12-month Warranty & Guarantee - all our products carry a minimum of 12 months guarantee that it will be working as it was designed to, on condition that you use it the way it was intended for. If any factory-related problem occurs during this period, just send it back to us, and we'll pay for all the postage costs to AND from you, meaning you don't have to spend a dime. We will then attempt to have your item repaired within 3 working days, but often will replace it with a new one for you. If it contains any data (like that of a cellphone/MP3-player) we will attempt to recover all or most of it and upload it on your new replacement-model.
COur Support Guarantee - Should any items have any problems years after you've bought it from us, you can still send it back to us to have it repaired at a minimal cost. Alternatively, you can have it locally repaired in your town/city, and we will send the required parts upon request of the repairer to him/her/you.
D Our unique 12-Month-Money-Back Guarantee to Distributors/Resellers - Swimwear simply doesn't sell well in Antarctica, and some other products -being very popular in another region - may not sell well in your region. If you had order some products from us with the purpose of reselling it, and it doesn't sell as well as you expected, you can return it to us in its original packaging and undamaged for a full refund minus postal/courier/shipment costs any time after 3 months of purchase and before 12 months has passed. This guarantee applies to all our registered agents, distributors, resellers, shops, warehouses and vendors buying from us with the purpose to resell the merchandise.
The only catch: When ordering from us, please allow us sufficient time to have your item(s) delivered to you, properly packaged and insured. Keep in mind that the items(s) you ordered, might be coming from the other side of the world over continents and through numerous border posts and ports of entry & exit, each with their own paper work that we have to take care of. Unfortunately it takes some days. We would like to have it delivered to you the very same day, but that's impossible to be realistic. But we will never stop trying to achieve that!
