How to place your order
You've seen a product on our website that you would like to order 20 000 units of. Most certainly you won't simply just complete a form over the Internet and make a million-dollar payment just like that. That's why CWT have a network of agents and brokers around the world, whose job it is to make certain that you get the exact product you need, in the right quantities (and if the quantities is enough, our price might drop even further), and to make certain it reach you on time.
But if you would like to place an order for only one or two items, or you're one of the shops or warehouses that buys from us and wish to place an order for a small bulk-order of less than R 100 000 / USD 15 000, you can do so by obtaining an order form from your nearest agent (contact us if you don't know who our agent for your area is), complete it, and send it by fax or email directly to CWT.
OR... if you already obtained the relevant price list from you local agent, you can now PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE IN JUST 5 MINUTES.
We have numerous payment methods available, from direct electronic funds transfers (EFT's) via Internet banking, direct bank deposits, PayPal, AlertPay, PayBox, and many more. Our courier companies can deliver directly at your door anywhere in the world.
For your peace of mind we do advise clients - whether you are a shop, corporate buyer, vendor or individual - to make payments either directly to CWT or via a third party payment merchant such as PayPal and not to an agent.
For large, specialized orders (that CWT refers to as IMEX-orders), not one IMEX-deal is the same as the next one, and an agent and/or broker will work closely with you to determine your exact needs, payment terms, specifications the product(s) or materials must adhere to, and more.
