Price Lists for March sent out again
The latest price lists were sent out to all agents on Friday the 1st of March. Since then some agents in Group A had emailed us saying they haven't receive that email containing the link to the new price lists.
We re-checked our system, and also re-uploaded the price lists again to a new page. An email containing the link was sent out half an hour ago. Please let us know if you still have not received that email within the next 3 hours.

Our Mailing System is getting a proper 'do'
Please accept our BIG apologeeze...! We are in the process to completely switch over to a new mailing- and autoresponder system to cure the problems that plagued us since last year, and we aim to have everything up and running by Friday the 1st of Febr 2013. This may mean that some of our agents and affiliates will get a few similar messages like that of last year. You can safely ignore them, but keep an eye open for a few surprises that we had put in between. If you are an agent of affiliate and don't receive an email that you expect - like for monthly price lists - please drop us a quick email. Hopefully, and touch wood, all incoming emails from agents, affiliates, brokers, customers and suppliers will soon always get to the right respective folders.

We re-opened today for the new year ahead after the holidays, and have some major plans for the new year ahead. Exciting new changes are ahead, keep an eye out for it on our website in the following few months.

November Price Lists and Expansion of our LCL-modelThe new November price lists were sent out today from our USA-servers, together with an important letter in the zip-folder to our agents regarding obtaining more bulk orders from bulk buyers and make everything easier for both our agents and our corporate clients.
Great news for our agents and our bulk buying clients: We radically simplified our LCL-importing model, making it now much easier for shops, re-sellers, vendors and other bulk buyers to import real small quantities of goods at real factory prices. Have a look at our redesigned Bulk Buyer page from time to time, we will continue to add some of the deals we're working on there. The prices you can get small quantities at of the specific item you would like to re-sell and the large profit margin for our buyers will certainly be welcome news. We have been plagued by computer system problems the past two months, more particularly our email system, so if you are an agent and haven't received an email from us today with the price lists please let us know by using our contact form on this website. Our default email address is being advertised all over the internet, with us as a result receiving up to 2 000 spam emails per day. (Yes, we had won the Nigerian Jackpot now almost 200 times; a few princes and exiles from there assured us about that.) Our spam filters are therefore quite strict, but unfortunately block some legitimate emails too. Our other email addresses and contact form entries are going through the same system and were affected twice in October with system crashes, the latest being on month-end. We lost some data but are in the process of recovering all of it. We are working on an overall permanent solution for this email problems. New System introduced:
Get paid every time when someone clicks your affiliate-link

Today we added to this goal by introducing a viable (and free) method how our affiliates can earn money every time when someone merely click on their unique referral links, whether that link is in an email or posted somewhere on the Internet. Although it is small amounts, it will add up. More-over, it is an almost completely passive way of generating an extra income on top of what they are already doing. Mr Murphy grabs the Weekend and CWT got to Pay
On early Thursday evening, 19 January 2012, the gentleman after whom Murphy's Law was nicknamed got out of his box again. (His box being our mail and main server, where we thought we could keep the little wild rascal under control.)
This time he really went wild, clearly with a teenager's idea of a weekend and some wild fun ahead.
CWT main hard drive for our main server was totally wrecked, with all data lost, on Thursday evening 19 January 2012.
Fortunately, all data were backed-up on Wednesday evening two days ahead of schedule, when Murphy already started showing signs of an upset tummy. However, all work, orders, quotations, requests, emails, suggestions, complaints, data sheets, admin, etc., of work received and processed after 16:00 pm Wednesday, and the whole of Thursday was lost.
During the whole of today CWT was hard at work to solve this problem once and for all. We had a professional certified team of IT-pro's look and work at it.
A new 'brain' was installed, triple-checked by three different anti-virus programs (like before, no virus or malicious software was found), sniffed at by a dog, washed with the best Sunlight, disinfected by overly-advertised Dettol, and ran through an Electrolux vacuum cleaner.
In short, this announcement is all about:
1) Sorry that we didn't answer your email(s) today on time like we aim to do within 12 working hours. It will be answered over the weekend, Monday and Tuesday. (And dear Murphy, this overtime will be deducted from your pocket money, okay?)
2) If you haven't received a reply on your email sent the past two days (Thursday 19 Jan and Friday 20 Jan) by this coming Monday 23 January, please simply re-send your email to us, or use the contact form here on the website.
CWT sincerely apologize for this inconvenience if you were affected. Although it may sound if we're making a joke of this issue by the tone of this letter, we do regard it in a very serious light. Communication in IMEX is vital, and we're the first to feel the brunt when a system fails.
Everything, repeat, everything, from software to software to software to software (more than 200 different ones!) have to be re-installed over this weekend. (This is most certainly no joke.) Quick and easy, right? But, then all their settings have to be configured again too...
For us to complain - and to stretch this letter with a further 600 words - will not help anybody. That's anyway not something that belongs in the tool kit of any successful individual or organisation. Now you know what caused today's problem, and we trust by the time you read this it will be sorted out.

Total overhaul underway
During the course of December '11 you will start noticing some minor changes and improvements to our website. If the site one day suddenly looks totally different with a new design, don't worry, you will still be at the right place as long as you are at www.ClimateWorldTrade.com.
Most of the work is done behind the scenes, with several new systems that will be implemented. This had become necessary thanks to feedback received from our affiliates, agents and brokers and as part of our expansion program.

Our communication systems will also be revised and improved during December and January '12.

A Ghost in our Email Server?
For the past six weeks we increasingly started to receive complaints from agents and clients that we don't answer all of their emails. Upon investigation we couldn't find those emails on our server at all.
When we tested it ourselves we were pretty amazed to find that one day an email will come through, but a second email from the same address does not show up.
But a day or what later when sending from the same address the third email did came through. The fourth and fifth email shattered our renewed hope by staying away, then the sixth one showed up. Not necessarily in that following order. And that despite of 'white listing' the address and adding it to our address book, and making sure the IP address is okay.
Emails from the majority of addresses come through without any problem, but we are aware that emails from some addresses apparently decides for themselves when and if they want to land in our inbox.
Because our email address is advertised almost everywhere we have some strict spam filters on there to keep out emails from spammers. Initially we thought that might cause the problem, but even removing all of these filters did not solve the problem.
We are working on this problem and will have a solution shortly. If you don't receive a reply from us within one working day please use the 'Contact Us' form on our website itself, and we will provide you with our back-up email address for the time being.
