CLIMATE WORLD TRADE is an Import & Export (IMEX) brokerage company and distributor of various goods from foods to household goods to electronics to medical equipment to machinery, and many more products and raw materials to and from different countries all around the world. We tend to the needs of both individuals as well as corporate clients.
CWT is probably unique in this regard that:
We make use of a large network of agents worldwide who represent us in their towns/cities/areas
while they assist us with every step in the IMEX-process while working from their homes,
as well as with the advertising and marketing of our products and services,
and that we train all of our affiliates, agents, admin staff and brokers ourselves extensively
while they earn significant part-or full-time incomes at the same time.
We deal directly with factories, mines, farms and other manufacturing outlets when sourcing products, and directly with clients such as other factories, distributors, wholesalers, shops, vendors, and individuals as buyers
We have a full-blown Mail Order Department responsible for despatching parcels to individuals and shops around the world
while our brokers take care of specialist IMEX-deals for corporate clients.
Most small and medium businesses realise the major competitive advantages they will gain over their competitors when getting their merchandise directly from the manufacturer(s) themselves in another country instead of their local wholesaler, but are also very aware of the risks involved. The IMEX-industry is rife with stories how importers burned their fingers and their wallets. IMEX is our passion and we have several systems in place to minimize risks and to ensure smooth global trade transactions.
For example: We have an agent nearby to every manufacturer that supplies us. S/he's our 'man on the ground' right there next to the factory, you could say.
Because importing is not their core business function, successful businesses outsource these function to Climate World Trade. Large retailers such as Wall-Mart, JC Penny, Shoprite and all other large chain stores primarily owe their success because of cutting costs by having an imports-department. Climate World Trade acts as such a department for businesses seeking a competitive edge over their competitors.
CWT makes it possible for small and medium enterprises (SME's) to have the same, and can offer our customers and clients
our Less-than-Container Load (LCL) service. For a business to import just one or even a hundred units of an item may simply not be worth the trouble, effort and costs. CWT have shipping- and air containers regularly under way to different countries and can have your goods included in one of them, thus enabling you to get hold of a much smaller quantity of stock than other importers will require, while bringing your shipping costs down too. Best of all, when your goods arrive in its country of destination CWT will have at least one agent available to take over till its delivered to its address.
Our dedicated team of qualified International Trade Brokers take care of identifying potential suppliers, personally verifying their credentials and often visiting their premises in person, then enter negotiations with the best suitable supplier on behalf of our clients, after which the IMEX-process is set in motion and handled by a broker and his/her team of agents.
